Race was won by Guro Stroem Solli of Norway, Valentina Novikova of Russia placed second, Nicole Fessel of Germany placed third, while Petra Markelova of Czech finished fourth.

Organizers are pulling down the track after Giant slalom race of Women Audi FIS World Cup was canceled. Women Audi FIS Giant Slalom World Cup race should be held in Maribor, Slovenia, on 7th January 2006, but due to warm weather which made track to become too soft for safe racing, race was canceled.
