Junior Men finals of FIS Nordic Junior Ski World Championship sprint race were held in Medvode, Slovenia. Race was won by Petter Northug of Norway, Daniel Heun of Germany placed second, Anton Smirnov of Russia placed third, while Anders Gloersen of Norway finished fourth.
