Under-23 Women finals of FIS Nordic Junior Ski World Championship sprint race were held in Medvode, Slovenia. Race was won by Guro Stroem Solli of Norway, Valentina Novikova of Russia placed second, Nicole Fessel of Germany placed third, while Petra Markelova of Czech finished fourth.
