12th Ljubljana Marathon was held on cold and rainy day in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on 28th of October 2007. Marathon was won by Oleksandr Sitkovskiy of Ukrain, who also set new track record with 2h 12min and 49sec. His teammate Tetyana Filonyuk of Ukrain finished 42.195km track in 2h 34min and 58sec and won in women category.
