: Autumn dressed surrounding of Bohinj lake into beautiful fall colors. Lake Bohinj lies between Bohinjs mountains, which rise from 1600 to 2000 meters, and is Slovenias largest glacial lake. It is 4.2 kilometers long, one kilometer wide, and forty-five meters deep. Bohinj is a valley that stretches from Soteska to Ukanc. On the south side, it is enclosed by the Lower Bohinj Mountains, which rise to 2.000 meters, and on the north by the Triglav mountain range with 2864m high Mount Triglav, Slovenias highest mountain.
